Privacy statement

What I collect

Your name, organisation, email address and phone number when you contact me, and any documents you choose to send for an engagement. The self-assessment on this site runs in your browser; your answers are not sent to me or stored.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to carry out work you have asked for. I do not sell or share your information, and I do not use it for marketing unless you ask to receive updates.

How it is kept

Client documents are stored in an encrypted folder that only I can open. They are deleted 90 days after your final report unless you ask me to keep them for ongoing work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing richard@confidentialriskconsulting.com. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
