What the score means

The Prouse Forensic Index scale

Frequently asked questions

What is a PFI score?

The Prouse Forensic Index rates how well a control is supported by its documentation, from 0 to 100. Below 40 is fragile, 40 to 75 is marginal and 76 or above is robust.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is an independent assessment of your documents. Your lawyers advise on the law; I show them, and you, where the evidence is thin.

How long does it take?

Five working days for a single procedure and 15 working days for a full gap analysis, counted from the day I receive your documents.

How are my documents protected?

You send documents by encrypted share link or email. They are stored in an encrypted folder that only I can open, used only for your engagement, and deleted 90 days after your final report unless you ask me to keep them. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

Do you work outside New Zealand?

Yes. The work is done remotely and I can travel when an engagement needs it.
